We help you develop appropriate strategies for: rebuilding trust, improving levels of trust, maintaining trust through periods of change and establishing trust on short term projects and partnerships.
We also provide support for strategy implementation including: training, mentoring and monitoring.

If you want to build and improve the level of trust in your organization, we will help identify and develop key areas of your culture important to building trust including: working on your true values, building robust systems, examining and improving how you interact with stakeholders .
We run workshops on trust in collaboration with the ASP, the next workshop is set to be run in October 2009. Details and booking arrangements will be on the ASP website about a month before the date of the workshops. For ASP website see Resources.
We will be running our first master classes in trust building later this year. The courses are aimed at senior members of organizations, who have responsibility for building trust or enhancing the reputation of the organization.
